I can't believe it still stands. Well, it's only been 7 years, but I'd been told the property had been sold and the little house had been leveled. It made me so happy to find this. It's hard to explain what living one mile into 100 acres of woods, and thousands more acreage, surrounding that, might be like... but now we don't have to imagine anymore. The broad white line is a power line road. The driveway, taking you into the woods is so small, and so into the woods, you can't even see it, unless you know what you are looking for and look really close (you won't see it, trust me). To the right of the power line road you will see something that looks like a small bluish square. That's the roof of the little hunting lodge we lived in. I believe you can click on the picture and it will enlarge for you. You will be able to see the dogwood tree, whose limbs are hanging over the back side of the roof... and the circle that is cut out in the woods, with the small patch of pines in the middle of that circle... technology is amazing... and yes... I was reeeeally living deep into the woods, lol... and loved every minute of it...
