Watercolor Daze...

The memory is there, as solid as wood, implanted in my serendipidous brain
... and heart

But time, as elusive, as it mostly always is
... quickly, yet slowly... set it quietly and riotously apart

Like a picture, spoken and unspoken words falling off my undisciplined watercolor brush,
... forming a slightly faded snapshot from the past

I can always go there, sit on that bench... remember and see, or create what I like, in my Heart

It doesn't become any more real, or less real
... it just is... what it is ... as it was what it was...

Really nice.

Also, thank you for the use of "serendipity". It's a wonderful word that I often forget about that deserves more notice.

Ocassionally I come up with a word that I hardly ever use, either... just pops into my head... then, sometimes, I just make them up... lol...
