I'm not quite sure why it is that I can sometimes include my own words in these uTube postings, and sometimes I can't... but, today I didn't feel like trying 100 times, with a 50% chance of failure, so thought I would add my thoughts, here, maybe it will get read.

This interested me, these thoughts on anger.

Life had taught me that it is good to acknowledge anger, because then we can find resolve with it.

One shamanic teacher taught me that anger is a propulsion energy... in other words, the point being somewhat like Ram Dass shares, here; it will enable you to accomplish things, move forward, move mountains, etc.

I always had a problem with the thought that anything destructive could be positive, however, but there was something to that teaching that I held onto. Thicht Nhat Hanh clears it up, here... transforming the energy.

I am really into the idea of transforming energy. Energetically speaking, I had learned that energy always exists... once we create it, it is there. In fact, we don't really create energy, at all, all we ever do is transform the energy that is already there. So, we do sometimes transform energy into anger... in turn, we can transform it into other things, like compassion.

I have a lot of work to do, regarding anger. I need to take a few breaths, lol.

I am finding great peace in reading your words. The video was just what I needed.

Namaste' Tabby, I have been trying, with the ringing in of the new year, to not focus on myself quite as much, offering good food for thought, instead. I'm glad you found something which you could use.

Peace...
